However, they are not a time to level personal attacks or threats, disrupt the meeting, use obscene, vulgar, or discriminatory language, or discourage anyone else from participating. While community members may disagree with each other or the City on issues and give critical feedback, they are expected to do so respectfully, in accordance with these rules. This advisory body will hear five public comments for 2 minutes for 10 minutes.
