NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Bend Metropolitan Planning Organization (BMPO), Deschutes County, in the State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year (FY) July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023. This proposed budget has been prepared in accordance with the basis of accounting used in the preceding year.
A copy of the budget document will be available online on April 4, 2022 at www.bendoregon.gov/mpobudget.
The meeting will take place on April 7, 2022 at 12:00 pm. The purpose of this meeting is to hear the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget.
This will be a virtual meeting. The link to the meeting will be posted at www.bendoregon.gov/mpobudget one week prior to the meeting.
The BMPO welcomes anyone to submit testimony, questions or comments on the budget document. If you would like to make a public comment, please submit written testimony via email at janderson@bendoregon.gov.
Any person may ask questions, discuss proposed programs, and appear for or against any item in the budget document. All testimony and further discussion will be received and discussed with the Budget Committee
