Southern Crossing board will be closing off SW Chamberlain St and SW Roosevelt Ave near the intersection overlooking the Old Mill and Deschutes River for food, games and fun. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets to picnic and socialize in the adjacent park. Neighborhood Districts maintain and improve the quality of life in Bend, increase community member participation in local decision making, and form an effective partnership between the City and neighborhood residents. There are 13 Neighborhood Districts that are recognized by the Bend City Council.
